By accessing or using Dial It AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dial It AI is an AI-powered phone assistant service that makes phone calls on your behalf. The Service:

• Uses artificial intelligence to conduct phone conversations
• Makes calls to businesses and individuals on your behalf
• Provides transcripts and summaries of completed calls
• Operates on a pay-per-use credit system

3. Account Registration

To use Dial It AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use Dial It AI only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to:

5. Payment Terms

Credits and Billing

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit system
• Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per second of call time
• Current rate: $0.03 per second (~$1.80 per minute)
• Minimum purchase: $5.00
• Credits do not expire

Refunds

• Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
• Used credits are non-refundable
• Failed calls (no connection, no answer) are not charged

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing credits will remain valid at the rate when purchased.

6. AI Disclosure

By using Dial It AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Calls are made by an AI system, not a human
• The AI will disclose it is an "assistant service" if directly asked
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
• You are responsible for the content and purpose of calls you request
• Some jurisdictions may require disclosure of AI use; compliance is your responsibility

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dial It AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (task descriptions). You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dial It AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of acceptable use policy
• Fraudulent activity
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Unused credits may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
